Maxura Studios uses Vercel to host and deploy maxurastudios.com and to provide related website infrastructure.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand general website usage. This may provide aggregated statistics such as page views, popular pages, referral sources, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies to identify visitors or persistent identifiers that follow visitors across different websites. Its temporary visitor identifier is generated from request information and resets after 24 hours.

We use these statistics to understand how the website is used and to improve its content and usability. We do not use Vercel Web Analytics to create behavioural advertising profiles.

At the date of this Privacy Policy, Maxura Studios does not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers on maxurastudios.com.

If we introduce non-essential cookies, advertising technologies or other tracking tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and request consent where required.

We use selected third-party providers to operate the website and its communication features.

Current providers include:

Vercel

Website hosting, deployment, infrastructure and Web Analytics.

MailerLite

Newsletter management, subscription confirmation, email marketing and automation.

Resend

Transactional email infrastructure used to transmit messages submitted through the website contact form.

Microsoft 365 and related email services

Business email storage and communication.

Messages submitted through the website contact form are transmitted through Resend to our business email inbox. The email address entered in the form is used as the reply-to address so that Maxura Studios can respond directly.

These providers process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and subject to their applicable contractual and data-protection obligations.

We may replace or add providers in the future. This Privacy Policy will be updated when a material change affects how personal data is processed.

Some service providers or their subprocessors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.

MailerLite's current infrastructure for the MailerLite platform includes data hosting in the European Union.

Resend may process customer data in the United States.

Other infrastructure providers or their subprocessors may also process information in multiple countries.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area to a country without an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards are used where required. These may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.

We do not keep personal data for longer than reasonably necessary.

Newsletter information

Newsletter information is generally retained for as long as you remain subscribed.

After you unsubscribe, limited information necessary to record and respect the unsubscribe request may continue to be retained.

Contact messages and correspondence

Contact-form messages and related ordinary business correspondence are generally retained for a maximum of 24 months after the last relevant communication.

Information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary because of:
