Football Club Owner 27: a club owner overlooks a football stadium at sunset. Buy. Build. Sell.

MORE THAN JUST A MANAGER.

Football Club
Owner 27

Buy or build a football club and shape its future from the owner’s seat.

The owner’s seat

Your club.
Your decisions.

Take the owner’s seat in Football Club Owner 27. Buy an existing club or create your own, then decide how to grow it: invest in players, develop young talent, improve facilities or put the finances first. You shape the club’s direction while your manager handles formations, playing style, lineups and substitutions.

Negotiate transfers and contracts, hire your manager and staff, compare sponsorship offers, set ticket prices and expand the stadium. Follow simulated matches live through text, statistics and a simple pitch display, or jump straight to the result. Clear controls keep club ownership approachable, whether you have a few minutes or a whole evening.

Build across seasons in five playable countries, with 12 national divisions, domestic cups and three European tournaments. When the time is right, sell your club and take your career to another. The world keeps moving, your career history stays with you and every new club brings a different set of decisions.

Big decisions. Simple controls. A club to call your own.

Built around ownership

Build beyond
the pitch.

Put your plans into motion across every part of the club. Accessible management, with decisions that matter over many seasons.

01

Your club, from day one

Buy an existing club or create your own. Choose its name, colours, logo, stadium name and starting investments, then decide what comes next.

02

Build. Sell. Start again.

Own one club at a time, grow its value and choose when to sell. Carry your balance and career history into your next club as the same football world moves through the seasons.

03

Make every deal count

Buy, sell, loan and release players. Negotiate transfer fees, wages, contract lengths and loan terms, renew contracts and manage transfer and loan lists.

04

Find your next signing

Send scouts to investigate individual players or entire squads. Read their reports and keep a shortlist of the players who fit your plans.

05

Choose the manager. Set the direction.

Hire, replace or renew your manager and set broad selection priorities: balance, the strongest eleven, youth or rotation. Leave lineups, formations, playing style and substitutions to the manager.

06

Keep the finances in shape

Watch income, spending, wages, investments, taxes, debt and club value. Arrange bank loans and decide when to repay all or part of them early.

07

Build a team behind the team

Hire and manage position coaches, a youth coach, scouts, a physiotherapist, a club doctor and staff for marketing, accounting and merchandise.

08

Build beyond the pitch

Expand the stadium and invest in training pitches, fitness, medical facilities and club departments. Keep an eye on wear and plan renovations as your infrastructure ages.

09

Give the next generation a chance

Develop your youth academy and youth scouting. Review the annual intake, sign promising youngsters and move players between the academy and the first team.

10

Grow the business

Compare sponsor offers, develop marketing and merchandise, and set ticket prices while balancing attendance, revenue and supporter satisfaction.

11

Follow the match your way

Watch the simulated action through live text, match statistics, player ratings and a simple five-zone pitch display, with whistles and crowd reactions. Pause, resume or skip to the final score.

12

Think in seasons

Choose your own ambitions across 12 divisions, national cups and European competitions. Balance immediate results, youth development, financial recovery and long-term club growth.

A career beyond one club

Build. Sell.
Start again.

Your first club is the beginning of your story. Grow its value, decide when to sell, and take the next step in the same evolving football world.

  1. 01

    Make it yours.

Buy an existing club or create one, choosing its name, colours, badge, stadium name and starting investments.

  2. 02

    Build its future.

Invest in people and infrastructure, develop talent and balance success on the pitch with the club’s long-term value.

  3. 03

    Choose your next chapter.

Sell when the time feels right. Add the net proceeds to your balance and buy another club while your seasons and career history continue.

One club at a time. Your career continues within the same save.

A world to grow into

Start local.
Think European.

Choose a club in five countries, climb the divisions and earn your place on the European stage.

A European ambition. Qualify for Europa 1, Europa 2 or Europa 3. Clubs from other countries can appear as European opponents, and international player pools give your scouts a wider world to explore.

Football, reimagined. Real countries and cities meet fictional and adapted club, player and manager identities. Competition structures are inspired by real football. Names are localised to your chosen language.

Let the match unfold

Every goal.
Every turning point.

You set the club’s direction. Your manager handles the formation, playing style and substitutions. Follow the drama as it happens, or jump straight to the result.

01 / Follow live

Feel the matchday.

Watch the clock and score, read goals, cards and substitutions, and follow possession, shots, ratings and player energy. A simple five-zone pitch view shows where the ball is, with whistles and crowd reactions bringing the match to life.

Pause · Resume · Skip to full time
02 / Get the result

Keep things moving.

Simulate your club’s match and go straight to the final score. Revisit the result, goalscorers and match report afterwards, then get back to building your club.

Your pace. Your career.

Matches are presented through text, statistics and a schematic pitch view. Promotional stadium artwork does not represent 3D match gameplay.

When will Football Club Owner 27 be released?

Football Club Owner 27 is coming soon. The release date will be announced soon. Sign up for project updates to hear about the date and major development news.

Which platforms will the game support?

The game is being prepared for iOS through the Apple App Store and Android through Google Play. A computer version on Steam is under consideration for later; it is not a confirmed release.

Do I control the team during matches?

You are the owner. Your manager chooses formations, playing style, lineups and substitutions. Set a regular selection policy—Balanced, Best XI, Youth or Rotate—or give a one-match instruction: Manager decides, Best XI or Play the kids. One-match instructions expire after that game. You cannot select individual starters, make substitutions or issue tactical instructions during a match.

How does a career work?

Each save follows a continuing ownership career. Own one club at a time, buy or create it, develop it and choose when to sell. Net sale proceeds are added to your existing balance so you can buy another club. Career history, the football world and elapsed seasons continue. Owner money and club money currently share one budget; reputation belongs to each club rather than following the owner.

Which countries and competitions are playable?

At launch you can manage clubs in England 1–4, Spain 1–2, Italy 1–2, Germany 1–2 and Netherlands 1–2: five countries and 12 national divisions. Each country has a national cup, and clubs can qualify for Europa 1, Europa 2 or Europa 3. Other countries supply players and European opponents, but clubs there cannot be managed. Competition names are translated with the selected game language. More countries and competitions may be added later.

Does the game use real clubs and players?

The football world is inspired by real football, using fictional and adapted identities. Clubs have adapted names and generated logos; some are recognisable through their cities, colours and background. Competitions use general names, and players and managers have adapted or generated names. Some squads are inspired by real positions, ages and quality. Countries and cities use real geographical names. Generated names may coincidentally match real people.

What do live matches look like?

Matches are simulated. Follow the clock, score, goals, cards, substitutions and disallowed goals through text, alongside lineups, player ratings, energy and statistics. A simple five-zone pitch shows the ball’s position and possession, with whistles and crowd sounds adding atmosphere. Pause, resume, start the second half or jump to full time. Results, scorers and match reports remain available afterwards. There are no animated players or 3D match scenes.

Is the game singleplayer, and which languages are supported?

Football Club Owner 27 is a singleplayer game at launch, designed for short sessions or longer stretches of play. It supports Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Russian.

What does 27 mean?

27 identifies the 2027 annual edition of Football Club Owner. The next annual edition will be Football Club Owner 28.

What is the age rating?

The age rating has not yet been determined. Official ratings will follow the App Store and Google Play assessment processes.

Is Football Club Owner 27 free to play?

Yes. The planned launch model is free to play, with the same football world and core club ownership features for everyone. The free version will include advertising and require an internet connection. An optional one-time Premium upgrade is planned for €9.99 in Europe; prices may vary by country and app store.

What is included in the optional Premium upgrade?

At launch, Premium will remove all advertising, unlock offline play and provide ten save slots instead of two. It will also let you adjust difficulty and game settings before starting, choose starting capital above the free version’s €100 million maximum and use Fast Forward without watching an ad. The app icon on your device will also change to an exclusive Premium design. The same competitions, clubs and players will be available in both versions.

How will advertising work?

The launch plan for the free version includes an ad before each use of Fast Forward. Automatic ads will appear after 10 matches played by your own club and at the end of each season. Watching a Fast Forward ad will reset the 10-match counter. If automatic ad moments coincide, one ad will appear rather than two in a row. Premium will have no ads.

Can I play offline?

Offline play is planned as a Premium benefit at launch. The free version will require an internet connection because it includes advertising. Premium will support offline play with no advertising.
